When you’re looking for a Realtor to help buy or sell a home, what are you looking for? Too many things to list of course, but experience in sales, experience in the construction industry and experience in fire and safety regulations are certainly a plus. I’ve had a long career with residential and commercial property and bring a lot of behind-the-scenes knowledge to the table from my years as a firefighter and fire marshal, a heating and air conditioning business owner and contractor who continues to rehabilitate homes. This solid understanding of real estate from a variety of angles allows me to help buyers make informed purchasing decisions, and sellers prepare their home to meet fire and safety regulations—a win-win resulting in peace of mind for both, as well as quicker sales and purchases.

Paul has earned various degrees, certifications, awards, and licenses. Paul has over forty-six years experience at regional and national insurance and real estate companies, holding various officerships, serving on various boards and committees – including Greater Providence BOR Grievance committee, the GPBOR Professional Standards committee, and the North Bristol County Association of REALTORS. A Rhode Island and Massachusetts REALTOR, Risk Manager, and Insurance Agent, Paul holds a Masters in Professional Accountancy (M.P.Ac.). Paul continues to teach and lecture on various business topics. Paul and Linda have two children, and seven grandchildren.
